- Changes made within 0-4 days of check-in will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
- No charge for cancellations made earlier than 4 days before check-in.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the front office staff.
- Early check-out incurs a penalty of one night’s stay.
- A levy applies for early check-in from 0700 to 1400 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.
- Rooms not occupied by 2200 hours will be considered a no-show unless prior arrangements are made.
- Online modifications or cancellations are permitted up to 4 days before the arrival date without any cancellation fees.
- Advance full payment can be arranged by contacting Reservation Team.
- A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to guarantee the reservation.
- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
- In case of a full refund upon cancellation, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover online payment processing charges.
Payment can be made by Credit / Debit Cards through our secured online payment gateway system, Bank Approved QR Code Scanning Payment Systems, Bank Transfer etc.
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
Transaction Charges by Bank, Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Guests are required to provide valid ID proof during the time of check-in.
The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM
