• Changes made within 0-4 days of check-in will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
• No charge for cancellations made earlier than 4 days before check-in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the front office staff.
• Early check-out incurs a penalty of one night’s stay.
• A levy applies for early check-in from 0700 to 1400 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.
• Rooms not occupied by 2200 hours will be considered a no-show unless prior arrangements are made.
• Online modifications or cancellations are permitted up to 4 days before the arrival date without any cancellation fees.
• Advance full payment can be arranged by contacting Reservation Team.
• A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to guarantee the reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
• In case of a full refund upon cancellation, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover online payment processing charges.

Child below 5 years will be complimentary without an extra Bed, child between 5 to 12 years will be extra chargable and child above 12 year will be considered as extra person in the room inclusive of extra Mattress.
